Thank You for Letting Us Be Part of Your Outdoor Season

Over the past two weeks, this series has talked about timing, wind ratings, checklists, and the honest limits of what we could tell you without guessing. Today isn't any of that. Today we just want to say thank you.

Thank you to everyone who's let us be part of your outdoor space — whether that meant a quiet Tuesday evening on a porch we'll never see, a restaurant patio that stayed open through a rainy Saturday, or a holiday weekend like this one. We don't get to be there for most of it. We just get to build the thing that made it possible, and hear about it secondhand, and that's more than enough.

Thank you to the certified dealers who actually show up to the install, answer the follow-up call, and are the ones customers really trust — far more than anything we write here. Whatever this brand is, it's built on those relationships more than on anything on this website.

And thank you to everyone on our own team — the people who answer the phone, fabricate the parts, and handle the complaint when something doesn't go right. This has been true since 2007, and it's still true this year.

If you're reading this on Labor Day itself, we hope wherever you are today is exactly the kind of outdoor space worth having a holiday on. If a storm did end up finding you this year, we hope you and your family are safe, and that whatever we've shared over the past two weeks helped even a little.
